We welcome you to the official website of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) of Houston. Our goal is to present you with a wonderful spiritual experience, establish and nurture a loving, spiritual relationship with God and other devotees as intended by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
In the Krishna Consciousness movement, a chance is given to everyone regardless of their caste, creed or color. Everyone is invited to join us, chant with us, dance with us and hear with us the glories of Krishna.
The Governing Body Commission (GBC)
Leadership & Governance
The GBC was established by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acarya of ISKCON, to serve as the ultimate managing authority for our global society. Comprised of senior devotees, the commission ensures the spiritual integrity and organizational health of ISKCON centers worldwide. By following the visionary instructions of Srila Prabhupada, the GBC provides the guidance and oversight necessary to maintain a unified mission of devotional service. 4:30am / Mangala Aarti
Includes: Gurvastakam prayers, Nrsimha prayers, Tulasi Puja and Japa (Chanting)
5am-7am / Curtains Closed
7:00am / Shringara-darshan & Guru Puja
Includes: Brahma-Samhita prayers (Govindam), Guru Puja of Srila Prabhupada and Mahamantra
7:30am / Srimad Bhagavatam class
